| Obverse description | Bare-headed, draped and cuirassed bust of Geta as Caesar facing right, viewed from the rear, with short curly hair rendered in fine detail. The paludamentum is visible over the left shoulder, and the cuirass displays decorative relief on the chest. The Greek legend is disposed around the bust in the field. The portrait exhibits the youthful features characteristic of Geta's earliest coinage from the Bithynian provincial mint of Iuliopolis. |
