| Obverse description | Bare-headed, youthful bust of the Demos facing right, with slight drapery visible on the shoulder, rendered in the civic portrait style typical of Lydian provincial coinage. The effigy displays idealized features consistent with the personification of the civic populace. The Greek legend ΔΗΜΟϹ is disposed around the bust in the field. The flan shows characteristic irregular edges and heavy patination consistent with bronze provincial issues of the mid-third century AD. |

| Reverse description | The river god Maeandros depicted as a reclining male figure to the left, his semi-draped body supported by a large overturned water urn from which water flows, symbolizing the river's source. He holds a tall reed in his right hand and a cornucopia in his left, attributes standard to fluvial deity iconography in Anatolian provincial coinage. The composition fills the flan horizontally in a style consistent with Lydian civic bronze issues of the Severan and post-Severan period. The encircling Greek legend ΤΡΙΠΟΛΕΙΤΩΝ identifies the issuing civic authority. |
