Obverse description Draped bust of Otacilia Severa facing right, wearing a stephane (diadem), rendered in the typical provincial style of the mid-third century. The effigy is set within a dotted border, with the Latin legend encircling the portrait in the field. The bust displays characteristic drapery folds at the shoulder, consistent with Antonine-influenced portraiture of imperial consorts.
