| Obverse description | Bare head of Lucius Verus facing right, rendered in the provincial style typical of Bithynian civic coinage of the mid-2nd century AD. The portrait displays the emperor's characteristic full beard and curled hair, with the facial features discernible despite significant surface wear and encrustation.
