Obverse description Laureate and cuirassed bust of Emperor Macrinus facing right, depicted in three-quarter frontal view, with paludamentum draped over the left shoulder. The effigy shows the emperor's characteristic beard and mature facial features rendered in the provincial style of Bithynian die-cutters. The Greek imperial titulature encircles the bust within a beaded border, running from left to right around the periphery of the flan.

Reverse description Frontal view of a hexastyle temple set upon a raised podium with a stepped base, the triangular pediment adorned with acroteria and surmounted by a wreath-like ornament at the apex. Six slender columns support the entablature and pediment, rendered in perspective typical of provincial Roman coinage. Small figures or cult objects appear flanking the temple in the lower lateral fields. The reverse legend is distributed around the temple, with ΝΙΚΑΙΕΩΝ in the exergue and ΤΥΧΗ ΑΓΑΘΗ split across the flanking fields.
