Obverse description Radiate, draped and cuirassed bust of Emperor Gallienus facing left, seen from the front, with the right hand raised in salutation and the left hand holding a globe. The imperial effigy is rendered in the provincial Greek style typical of Mysian civic coinage, with paludamentum visible at the shoulder. The encircling Greek legend names the emperor in full around the periphery of the flan.
