| Obverse description | Laureate and draped bust of Antoninus Pius facing right, occupying the central field of the flan. The portrait is rendered in the provincial Syrian style, with the emperor's characteristic broad facial features and layered laurel wreath. A circular Greek legend surrounds the bust, giving the emperor's full titulature. The flan is irregular and the surface shows heavy patination consistent with circulation and long burial. |

| Reverse description | Turreted and veiled bust of Tyche of Antioch facing right, wearing a mural crown, with the river god Orontes swimming below her right shoulder. The Latin letters S C appear prominently in the field flanking the central type, denoting Senatus Consulto authority. A Greek letter or numeral indicating the regnal year appears in the field, varying by emission (Alpha through Iota-Beta and beyond). The surrounding field and peripheral legend area are heavily worn, consistent with a well-circulated provincial bronze. |
