Reverse description Sarapis standing facing with head turned to left, wearing the characteristic kalathos (modius crown) and clothed in a long chiton with himation draped over the left shoulder and arm. The deity raises his right hand in a gesture of benediction and holds a long sceptre in his left hand. The reverse legend, arranged in multiple lines across the field and around the periphery, records the name and title of the local high priest Titianus as dedicant, typical of civic bronze issues from the Lydian region under the joint reign of Valerian and Gallienus.
