Reverse description Two Nemeses standing facing one another in the central field, each draped in long robes, their hands meeting or gesturing toward each other in a symmetrical composition. The figures stand on a low base or groundline, rendered in the conventional provincial style. The encircling Greek legend attributes the issue to the strategos Aurelius Hermeias of the Temneans. A piercing hole is visible at the top of the flan, and the surface carries a dark olive-brown patina with encrustation.
