Obverse description Bare-headed, draped bust of Caracalla as Caesar facing right, depicted in youthful style with short curled hair. The effigy is rendered in typical provincial workshop style, with drapery visible at the truncation. The Greek imperial legend encircles the bust within a dotted border, reading Μ ΑΥΡΗΛ ΑΝΤΩΝΙΝΟϹ ΚΑΙϹΑΡ.
