Obverse description Bare-headed, draped and cuirassed bust of Geta as Caesar facing right, presented in three-quarter rear view, with youthful features and short curled hair rendered in the provincial style. The portrait displays the characteristic physiognomy of the young Geta, with softly modelled cheeks and a paludamentum visible at the shoulder. A circular Greek legend surrounds the effigy, naming the prince in his Caesarean titulature.
