Obverse description Draped and cuirassed bust of Lucius Verus to right, wearing paludamentum over cuirass, head laureate. The portrait follows the conventional Roman provincial bust type for co-emperors of the Antonine period, with the legend disposed around the periphery of the flan. The obverse legend contains an erroneous spelling of the imperial title.
