| Obverse description | Laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust of Emperor Elagabalus facing right, portrayed as a youthful ruler with finely rendered features. The imperial effigy is set within a beaded border, with the Greek legend disposed around the periphery. The portrait exhibits the provincial workshop style characteristic of Moesian civic coinage, with visible drapery folds at the shoulder. A small test hole is present near the center of the portrait, consistent with ancient verification of the flan. |

| Reverse description | Nemesis-Dikaiosyne standing facing with head turned to the left, depicted in a long chiton with paludamentum, holding a pair of scales in her right hand and a rod or scepter in her left hand. At her feet to the lower left, a wheel is depicted, a traditional attribute of Nemesis symbolizing fate and retribution. The reverse field is framed by a beaded border, with the Greek civic legend arranged around the periphery in two registers identifying the presiding governor and the issuing city. |
