Obverse description Diademed and draped bust of Herennia Etruscilla, wife of Trajan Decius, facing right, her hair elaborately waved and drawn up into a diadem. The effigy is rendered in the provincial style characteristic of Mesopotamian civic coinage, with the drapery indicated across the truncation. A Greek legend surrounds the portrait in the field, partially legible due to the irregular flan.
