| Obverse description | Laureate and cuirassed bust of Emperor Hadrian facing right, depicted in the provincial Greek style with paludamentum visible at the shoulder. The imperial effigy occupies the central field, surrounded by a beaded border. The Greek legend encircles the bust, reading partially around the periphery, identifying the emperor by his full titulature. The coin exhibits the characteristic irregular flan typical of provincial Achaean bronze issues of the Hadrianic period. |
