| Obverse description | Laureate and draped bust of Emperor Commodus facing right, rendered in the provincial style typical of Corinthian colonial coinage. The portrait displays characteristic features of the emperor with a laureate wreath crowning the head and traces of drapery visible at the truncation. The surrounding field is heavily worn, with the partially preserved legend distributed around the periphery. The effigy is executed in moderately high relief consistent with late Antonine provincial bronzes. |
