| Obverse description | Youthful laureate head of the Demos facing right, rendered in the Hellenistic civic portrait tradition. The hair is depicted in loose, naturalistic curls framing the face, with the laureate wreath clearly visible atop the head. The legend is disposed around the periphery of the flan, partially visible within the border of dots. The portrait exhibits a fine, idealized quality consistent with provincial Greek civic coinage of the Severan period. |
