Reverse description Athena seated left upon a throne, her figure helmeted and draped, holding a small Nike in her extended right hand and a long spear upright in her left. A large round shield rests beneath the seat. The composition follows the standard Athena Polias iconography common to Lydian civic bronzes of the mid-third century AD. The ethnic legend ΘΥΑΤΕΙΡΗΝΩΝ is disposed around the field in Greek capitals.
