Obverse description Laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust of Volusian facing right, depicted from the rear in three-quarter view, a presentation typical of provincial bronze coinage of the mid-third century. The emperor's effigy displays a laurel wreath, paludamentum draped over the left shoulder, and visible cuirass detailing on the breast. The surrounding Latin legend runs along the coin's border, partially preserved. The style reflects the provincial die-cutting tradition of the Troad region, with bold but somewhat provincial rendering of the imperial portrait.
