Obverse description Laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust of Trebonianus Gallus facing right, rendered in three-quarter rear view, with the paludamentum visible over the left shoulder. The imperial effigy displays characteristic mid-third-century portraiture, with a short-cropped beard and prominent facial features. The obverse legend encircles the bust along the periphery of the flan, partially visible despite the heavy patination and surface wear.
