| Obverse description | Draped and veiled female bust facing right, likely representing the city goddess (Tyche) or a local deity of Apollonia Salbace. The bust is rendered in the provincial Greek style characteristic of the Conventus of Alabanda under Trajan. The Greek legend ΑΠΟΛΛΩΝΙΑΤΩΝ curves around the periphery of the flan, identifying the issuing community. The flan is slightly irregular, typical of provincial bronze coinage of this period. |
