| Obverse description | Laureate and cuirassed bust of Emperor Severus Alexander facing right, depicted in three-quarter front view, with the imperial effigy rendered in the provincial style typical of the Apamean conventus. The circular legend surrounds the bust, running from left to right around the periphery of the flan. The coin exhibits heavy green patination consistent with long burial, with the portrait detail substantially worn but the general form of the bust remaining discernible. |

| Reverse description | Asclepius, the god of medicine, depicted standing facing with head turned to the left, clad in a long himation draped over the lower body, his right hand resting upon a serpent-entwined staff (the kerykeion of Asclepius). The figure occupies the central field of the reverse, rendered in the conventional provincial die-cutting style of Phrygia. The ethnic legend ϹΤΕΚΤΟΡΗΝΩΝ is inscribed in the field around the deity, identifying the issuing civic community of Stectorium. |
