| Obverse description | Draped bust of the personified Roman Senate facing right, rendered in the provincial style typical of Lydian civic coinage of the Severan period. The effigy displays a turreted or wreathed head characteristic of senatorial personifications in Asia Minor. A circular Greek legend surrounds the bust within the fields of the flan, partially visible due to the irregular striking. The portrait is modelled in moderate relief with visible drapery folds at the shoulder. |

| Reverse description | Cybele, the Anatolian mother goddess, seated left upon a throne, holding a patera in her extended right hand and resting her left arm upon a tympanum. A lion, her sacred attribute, reclines at her feet to the left, rendered in low relief in the provincial tradition. The Greek magistrate legend occupies the surrounding field in two lines or as a circular inscription, naming the local archon responsible for the issue. The type reflects the strong Phrygian religious traditions maintained in Lydian civic coinage under Roman rule. |
