| Reverse description | Tyche, the personification of civic fortune, seated to the right upon a throne, holding a branch in her extended hand. Below the main figure, two river gods recline, one to the left and one to the right, representing the rivers associated with Mallus. Partial inscriptions in the field tentatively read ΝΙΚΑ ΝΙΚ, and letters ΑΘ appear in the exergual area beneath the ethnic legend. The reverse legend ΜΑΛΛΩΤΩΝ (of the Mallians) identifies the issuing city. |
