| Obverse description | Draped bust of Empress Salonina facing right, set upon a crescent, her hair elaborately coiffed and bound with a diadem. The effigy is rendered in the provincial style typical of Carian civic coinage of the mid-third century AD. The circular legend surrounds the bust in the field, partially legible through heavy patination. The portrait conveys the formal imperial dignity characteristic of consort portraiture during the reign of Gallienus. |

| Reverse description | Asclepius, the god of medicine, depicted standing, his body turned to the right while his head is inclined to the left, rendered in a frontal stance in the provincial Greek style. He holds his distinctive attribute, the serpent-entwined staff (kerykeion of Asclepius), in his right hand, with the coiling serpent clearly indicated. The figure is robed in a long himation and occupies the central field, surrounded by the ethnic legend of the issuing city. The overall composition reflects the Carian civic tradition of invoking healing deities on local bronze coinage. |
