| Obverse description | Draped bust of Kilbia (or Neikaene), the personification of the Kilbian Nicaeans, facing right, with elaborately rendered hair adorned with a turreted or kalathos-style crown. A small lion head appears before the bust in the left field, serving as a civic emblem of the region. The legend is disposed around the periphery in Greek characters. The portrait is rendered in the provincial Flavian style, with fine detailing to the drapery at the shoulder. |

| Reverse description | Zeus enthroned to the left, depicted as a bearded, semi-draped figure seated on a high-backed throne. He extends his right hand holding a patera in an act of libation, while his left hand rests upon a long sceptre. The figure is rendered in the standard Hellenistic tradition for Zeus types common to Lydian provincial coinage. The Greek legend of the grammateus (civic secretary) Teimokles is distributed around the field, identifying the magistrate responsible for the issue. |
