Reverse description Nemesis-Dikaiosyne, a syncretic deity combining Nemesis and Justice, stands facing left in long chiton and himation. She holds a pair of scales in her right hand and a long sceptre in her left; at her feet to the lower left lies a wheel, an attribute of Nemesis symbolising the turning of fate. The figure is rendered in the provincial Greek style characteristic of the Phrygian city of Laodicea ad Lycum, with the encircling legend identifying the issuing city and its neocorate status.
