Obverse description Laureate and draped bust of Antoninus Pius facing right, rendered in the provincial style characteristic of Thracian mint workshops. The emperor's portrait displays a finely modeled profile with characteristic beard and laureate wreath. The encircling Greek legend reads AVT KAICAP ANTΩNINOC, identifying the emperor in abbreviated Imperial titulature. The bust is positioned centrally within the flan, which shows the slightly irregular outline typical of provincially struck bronze coinage of the Antonine period.
