| Obverse description | Bare laureate head of Antoninus Pius facing right, rendered in the provincial style typical of Arabian civic coinage. The emperor's portrait displays characteristic features of his mature effigy, with a wreath of laurel encircling the head. A partial Greek legend runs around the periphery of the flan, partially visible due to the irregular striking and surface wear. The field shows the rough, slightly concave surface characteristic of hammered provincial bronzes of the Antonine period. |
