| Obverse description | Bare head of Emperor Antoninus Pius facing right, rendered in the provincial style typical of Epirote coinage. The effigy displays the emperor's characteristic mature features with short hair. A Greek imperial legend encircles the portrait, partially visible around the periphery of the flan. The coin exhibits a green-brown patina consistent with prolonged burial, with some surface corrosion obscuring finer details. A dotted border is partially visible along the upper rim. |
