Obverse description Laureate bust of Vespasian facing right, with bare neck and shoulders rendered in the provincial style. The portrait exhibits a strong, realistic likeness characteristic of Flavian imperial coinage. A circular Greek legend surrounds the effigy, reading partially ΟΥΕΣΠΑΣΙΑΝΟΝ ΚΑΙΣΑΡΑ and ΑΜΟΡ, identifying the emperor and the issuing city of Amorium. The legend is disposed around the full circumference of the coin in the field.
