| Obverse description | Laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust of Trebonianus Gallus facing right, rendered in three-quarter rear view, with paludamentum visible over the left shoulder. The portrait exhibits the characteristic military presentation typical of mid-third-century provincial bronzes. The encircling obverse legend reads IMP C VIBI TRIBV GALLVS AVG, identifying the emperor by his full titulature. The relief is moderately high, consistent with hammered provincial coinage of the period. |
