Reverse description Frontal view of a rectangular stepped altar or temple facade with prominent cornice and projecting entablature, depicted in three-quarter perspective with receding side walls and a stepped base of two or three tiers. The interior of the structure features a central element flanked by columns, rendered with careful attention to architectural detail. The Greek legend ΔΙΟϹ appears in the exergue below the structure, dedicating the type to Zeus. The design is bold and well-centred on the flan.
