Obverse description Bare-headed, cuirassed bust of Geta as Caesar facing right, depicted in three-quarter frontal view with youthful features. The cuirass is rendered with fine detail along the shoulder and chest. The Greek legend encircles the portrait in the field, identifying the subject as Lucius Septimius Geta Caesar. The die work reflects the provincial workshop style typical of Phrygian civic coinage of the Severan period.
