| Obverse description | Veiled and draped bust of Boule facing right, rendered in the provincial Greek tradition. The figure wears a veil drawn over the head and a draped garment visible at the shoulder. The Greek legend ΙΕΡΑ ΒΟΥΛΗ (Sacred Council) is disposed around the bust in the field. The portrait is modelled in low relief with naturalistic facial features characteristic of mid-third century Phrygian civic bronzes. |
