Nicopolis ad Isthmon — not to be confused with the more prolific Nicopolis ad Mestum in Moesia — was a small Achaean city whose civic bronze output under Gallienus represents some of the last municipally issued coinage from the Greek mainland before the provincial bronze tradition effectively collapsed. The Δ control mark on this issue is a magistrate or workshop identifier whose specific attribution remains unresolved in the literature.
