Reverse description Tyche, the personification of civic fortune, stands facing with head turned to the left, wearing a kalathos (modius-like basket crown) atop her head. She holds a rudder in her right hand, symbolising guidance and destiny, and cradles a cornucopia in her left arm, emblematic of abundance and prosperity. The figure is rendered in the standard provincial iconographic convention for civic Tyche, common to the cities of the Lydian conventus. The reverse legend encircling the type identifies the issuing community.
