| Obverse description | Bare or laureate head of Emperor Claudius facing right, rendered in the provincial style typical of Corinthian colonial coinage of the mid-1st century AD. The portrait displays the characteristic features of Claudius, with a broad neck and slightly idealized facial profile. The circumferential legend surrounds the imperial effigy, partially visible along the flan edge. The flan shows the irregular fabric common to hammered provincial bronze issues of this period. |

| Obverse lettering | TI CLAVD CAESAR AVG P P (Translation: Tiberius Claudius Caesar, Augustus, father of the fatherland) |
| Reverse description | Pegasus, the winged horse sacred to Corinth, standing right upon a rocky ground line, with wings raised and furled. The figure is rendered in the local colonial die-cutting tradition, referencing the city's mythological association with Bellerophon and Pegasus at the Peirene spring. The reverse legend, naming the two duoviri quinquennales responsible for the issue, is disposed around the type in the field. The flan surface bears a green patina consistent with prolonged burial. |
