| Obverse description | Laureate head of Emperor Nero facing right, portrayed with characteristic youthful features and a wreath of laurel leaves. The bust is draped, with fine engraving visible on the neck and shoulders. The Greek legend ΣΕΒΑΣΤΟΣ (Augustus) appears in the field, identifying the emperor by his imperial title. The portrait follows the conventional provincial die-cutting style of Asia Minor during the Julio-Claudian period. |

| Reverse description | Standing cult statue of Apollo Didymeus depicted facing right, rendered in the archaic xoanon style characteristic of the famous sanctuary at Didyma near Miletus. The deity holds a stag in the right hand and a bow in the left, attributes closely associated with the Didymaean cult. The figure stands rigid and frontal in the manner of a cult idol. The encircling Greek legend names the local magistrate Tiberius Damas and identifies the issuing city of the Milesians, divided between the left and right fields. |
