Obverse description Bare laureate head of Emperor Nero facing right, rendered in the provincial Phrygian style with characteristic portraiture of the early to mid reign. The encircling Greek legend names the emperor and the issuing city of Prymnessus. The portrait displays the fleshy features associated with Neronian coinage, set within a beaded border.

Reverse description Full-length standing figure of Dikaiosyne (personification of Justice) facing left, draped in a long chiton and himation, holding a pair of scales in her extended right hand and two ears of grain in her left hand. The figure stands on a simple ground line in the centre of the field, with the magistrate's name rendered in Greek letters distributed around the figure. The composition reflects standard Phrygian provincial iconographic conventions of the Julio-Claudian period.
