Obverse description Laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust of Emperor Macrinus facing right, depicted from a three-quarter rear perspective, a characteristic presentation found on provincial bronzes of his brief reign. The laureate wreath is visible atop the head, and the paludamentum drapes over the left shoulder. The surrounding field is heavily worn, with the encircling Latin legend partially legible along the rim.
