Obverse description Veiled and draped bust of Boule facing right, rendered in the provincial Greek style typical of Asia Minor civic coinage under Gallienus. The veil falls over the head and shoulders, conveying the personification of the Sacred Council as a dignified, quasi-divine figure. The legend ΙΕΡΑ ΒΟΥΛΗ is disposed in the field around the bust. The flan is irregular and the strike somewhat uneven, as characteristic of provincial bronze issues of this period.
