| Obverse description | Laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust of Gallienus facing right, rendered in three-quarter view from the rear, a presentation typical of mid-third-century provincial bronze coinage. The imperial effigy occupies the central field, with drapery and armour details visible despite heavy wear and encrustation. A circular Greek legend runs along the periphery, identifying the emperor by his full titulature. The flan shows an irregular edge with a small chip at the lower margin. |

| Reverse description | Tyche, the personification of fortune and civic deity of Ephesus, depicted standing to the left in full figure, wearing a turreted crown and long robes. In her right hand she holds a ship's rudder, symbolic of guidance and prosperity, while her left arm cradles a cornucopia overflowing with abundance. The figure is centrally placed within the field, with the ethnic legend of the issuing city distributed around the periphery. The reverse displays characteristic patination and surface corrosion consistent with prolonged burial. |
