| Reverse description | Standing figure of Tyche, the personification of the city's fortune, depicted full-length facing left. She holds a ship's rudder in her right hand, resting it on the ground, and a cornucopia in her left arm, symbolising prosperity and divine favour bestowed upon the city of Eresus. The encircling ethnic legend in Greek surrounds the central type. The style is consistent with provincial bronze coinage of the Severan period from Lesbos. |
