Reverse description Standing nude male figure, identified as Zeus Eleutherios, depicted facing right with a chlamys (short cloak) draped over the shoulders and arms extended outward in a gesture of liberation or benediction. The figure occupies the central field of the flan. A circular Greek legend surrounds the type, naming the local magistrate under whose authority the coin was struck and identifying the issuing city of Sicyon. The reverse die is slightly off-centre, and the surfaces exhibit the same dark patination as the obverse.
