Reverse description The river god Lykos personified as a reclining male figure, shown in three-quarter view leaning to the left, his upper body partially raised and supported on one arm in the conventional pose for river deities on provincial coinage. The figure holds attributes consistent with river iconography. The dedicatory inscription ΙΕΡΩΝΥΜΟϹ ΑΝΕΘΗ appears in the field, recording the name of the local magistrate or benefactor Hieronymos who commissioned the issue. A dotted border frames the design.
