| Obverse description | Laureate head of the emperor Domitian facing right, rendered in the provincial Greek style typical of Asia Minor civic coinage. The portrait displays characteristic Flavian features with a wreath of laurel encircling the head. The Greek imperial legend runs around the periphery of the flan. The flan is slightly irregular, as is common for hammered provincial bronzes of this period. |
