Obverse description Laureate head of Emperor Domitian facing right, rendered in the provincial style characteristic of Corinthian colonial coinage. The portrait displays the emperor's characteristic facial features with a wreath of laurel leaves crowning the head. The surrounding legend in Latin runs along the periphery of the flan. The flan is irregular and slightly rough, consistent with hammered provincial bronze coinage of the Flavian period.
