| Obverse description | Helmeted head of Athena Parthenos facing right, wearing a crested Attic helmet, rendered in the archaic civic tradition of Athenian bronze coinage. The facial features are summarily struck, consistent with the late Hellenistic hammered technique, and the flan shows the characteristic irregular fabric typical of Athenian provincial issues of the Augustan period. No legend appears on the obverse field. |
