Syedra was a minor Cilician coastal city whose civic bronze issues under Trajan survive in very small numbers — RPC III 2760 is represented by only a handful of specimens in the corpus. The city sat on a steep rocky spur above the Pamphylian coast and controlled little of the regional trade that enriched its neighbors, which likely explains the modest output.
